一、概述 general description　　 本公司生产的自愈式低电压并联电容器，采用目前国际的锌铝复合金属化膜，引进国外的生产工艺、技术及日本、韩国的设备，严格按国标gb/t12747-2004及国际标准iec60831-1（1996）生产，主要用于低压电网提高功率因数，减小无功损耗改善电压质量。　　our self-healing type low voltage shunt capacitor,applied the advanced zn-al complexedmetallized film,adopted forein gadv anced production techology techniques and internationaliec60831-1(1996)standards. the products is mainly suitable for low voltage electric networkto improve power factor,reduce reactive loss,and improve the voltage quality.二、使用条件 service condition室内使用 usein door温度类别 temperaturerange:-25℃~50℃温度 humidity rh:＜85%海拔高度 altitude:＜2000m安装场所：无有害气体和蒸气，无导电性或爆炸性尘埃，无剧烈振动。mounting ambicnt:no harmless gas and steamed gas,no inductive and explosive dust,no violent vibration; 通风散热：设置两个以上的电容器时，间距＞50mm以上。夏季温度较高时应采取有效的散热措施。ventilatioheat emission:when more than two capacito are mounted,the mounting gap shallbe larger than 50mm.further more,in summer,some effective measuresfor heat emission shall be taken.三、型号及含义 model implication四、特点 features

1、体积小、重量轻：由于使用金属化聚薄膜新材料作为介质，体积、重量仅为老产品的1/4或1/5。2、损耗低：实际损耗角正切值低于0.10%，所以电容自身能耗很低，发热小，温升低，工作寿命长，节能效果更佳。3、优良的自愈性能：过电压所造成介质局部击穿能迅速自愈，恢复正常工作，使可靠性大为提高。4、安全性：内装自放电电阻和保险装置。内装自放电电阻能使电容器上所储的电能自动泄放掉，当电容器发生故障时，保险装置能及时断开电源，避免故障的进一步发展，确保使用安全。5、不漏油：本电容器采用的半固体环保型浸渍剂，滴熔点高于70℃，在使用过程中不漏油，避免了环境污染，电容器也不会因漏油而失效。
